Esoteric Lesson
By advancing through meditation and concentration on the occult path, one gets to know one's double, to whom one is chained. One experiences within oneself a feeling of loneliness towards the world, even towards one's loved ones. This feeling gives strength, and one should cultivate it. Another feeling that should be cultivated is a sense of gratitude toward spiritual beings during meditation:
In the pure rays of light
The divinity of the world shines forth ...
The third is: to practice silence about what is given to you as an exercise and about everything esoteric towards others. Silence awakens powers, talking too much weakens the etheric body and is generally a weakness of the etheric body.
