In the evening, the soul should devote itself completely to the following seven lines for 5-8 minutes, not according to the clock, but according to feeling:

> I rest in the Godhead of the world
> I will find myself
> In the Godhead of the world
> When love warms a soul
> The Godhead of the world lives in it
> When light floods the room
> The Godhead of the world shines through it.

After these seven lines, remain in a devotional mood for some time with your soul.

In the morning, immerse yourself again for 5-8 minutes with your whole soul in the following lines:

> The Godhead of the world shines
> When light fills the room
> The Godhead of the world lives in the soul
> When love warms it
> In the Godhead of the world
> I will find myself
> In HER I rest.

Then remain completely still and expectant in your soul for a few minutes.

Acquire the six qualities throughout the day.

[Evening:]

Devotion to a sentence prepared during the day. = A

> In the Godhead of the world
> I will find myself
> In YOU I rest
> May the warmth of the deity penetrate
> My soul
> May the light of the deity penetrate
> My spirit.

[In the morning:]

Repeat A.

> Into my spirit
> Let the light of the divine penetrate
> Into my soul
> Let the warmth of the divine penetrate
> I rest in the Godhead of the world
> I will find myself
> In the Godhead of the world.

GhW. p. 306: 6 qualities.

Evening:

Try to bring some of the day's experiences back to mind in pictures, but in reverse order, then call them before your soul, as described in Secret Knowledge, letting the words flow into your soul as if radiating from the same source, as described in Secret Knowledge, and let them flow into your soul for about 5 minutes (the time can be extended after a few months):

before your soul, as described in Secret Science, letting the words radiate into your calm soul for about 5 minutes (the time can be extended after a few months):

> In the Godhead of the world
> I will find myself
> In YOU I rest.

(If possible, gradually arrange the exercise so that the soul is filled with this content immediately before falling asleep.)

And as if from the same place, the words radiated into the soul (to the place of the heart):

> In the pure rays of light
> In the pure weaving of wisdom
> The Godhead of the world shines forth
> In the pure warmth in all beings
> In the pure love for all beings
> The Godhead of souls shines forth
> I am in light and in love.

(Remain in these mental images for a short time, 2-3 minutes, then longer, up to 10 minutes).

As a secondary exercise, acquire the six qualities mentioned in Secret Science.

Every evening: pictorial and retrograde recollection of an experience during the day.

Saturday: In the future, both good and bad fortunes rest in the bosom of my soul.

Sunday: I will notice the good things that flow to me every day; they show me what the gods have made of me.

Monday: I will endure the bad things that happen to me from time to time; they show me what I can still make of myself.

Tuesday: I thank my good fortune for the life I now lead.

Wednesday: I thank my strength in bad fortune for the power that can lift me up in life.

Thursday: Those who believe that good fortune alone promotes progress and bad fortune alone causes decline do not see the year, but only the day.

Friday: 🕈 black red.
